At Guía Transparente S.A. (hereinafter, 'the Company', 'we', or 'our'), we are committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our real estate crowdlending platform.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, including: full name, email address, phone number, national identity document (DNI) or CUIT/CUIL, financial information for investor profile verification, investment history within our platform. We also automatically collect certain technical information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and pages visited.
2. Use of information
We use your information to: process and manage your investments, verify your identity according to current regulations (KYC/AML), send you communications about your investments and relevant opportunities, improve our services and user experience, comply with legal and regulatory obligations before the CNV and other agencies.
3. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with: real estate developers for projects you invest in, service providers who help us operate the platform, government authorities when required by law, legal and accounting advisors for regulatory compliance.
4. Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information, including: encryption of data in transit and at rest, two-factor authentication, continuous security monitoring, restricted access to personal information only to authorized employees.
5. Your rights
In accordance with Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to: access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations), object to processing of your data for marketing purposes.
6. Data retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described, including legal obligations. Investment records are kept for a minimum of 10 years according to CNV regulations.

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a prominent notice on our platform.
